Workshops suitable for all ages- younger ages- supervision and some help may be needed in the kitchen.

Workshops run approx. 1-2 hrs.

Israeli "Salatim" for the Shabbat table

Together we will learn to make a classic Israeli Friday Night salad spread- "Salatim".

On the menu:

1- Lemony & Creamy Hummus spread

2- Mildly Spicy Matbucha- a Morracon Tomato "spread"

3- Grilled "Hazil" (eggplant) salad

4- Chickpea-Teff "Lafa"- to enjoy with all the "Salatim"

The 7 Species of Israel- all about "Gefen"

So many ways to use this beutiful fruit, native to Israel from the Bible days.

On the menu:

1- Fresh Grape Salad- especially refreshing in the hot summer sun.

2- Raisin Walnut cookies- a perfect gluten free & delicious snack

3- Stuffed Grape leaves- a classic "shuk" (Israeli Market) treat

4- Grape & Nana Smoothie- so refreshing and delicious!

The 7 Species of Israel- all about "Dvash"

Dvash in this context means dates, & literally means honey. Let's enjoy some classic Israeli treats using dates & honey.

On the menu:

1- Date, Chocolate & Hazelnut Energy balls.

2- Classic "Marzipan"

3- Walnut stuffed dates with Marzipan, Covered in Chocolate.

4- Green sald with date syrup dressing.
