When I transitioned to healthy lifestyle, some of my kids were babies, but some of them were older. I really wanted them to be on board & make healthier choices, but that only caused a lot of distress & arguments.
After digging in to understand how children deal with nutrition changes, I was able to help my kids make better choices while keeping the peace & happiness in the house.
