I have to be honest that I’m a little nervous coming in to our conversation today about weight.
I mean, besides this being such a taboo topic, it is something that I have struggled with most of my life.
Being that I had PCOS, that I have insulin resistance, that I had pre-diabetes- this is not very surprising.
I know, that MANY women dealing with hormonal imbalance, weight gain accompanies their hardship- that it seems like they literally have tried EVERYTHING possible- but the weight is stubborn & just won’t budge.
And even when we are adamant & finally see some weight loss, it is a short lived success & the weight piles back on with interest.
Ugh! This is truly just so disheartening & one of the biggest injustices of the world in my mind!
So today we are going to be talking about the reasons for weight gain as well as the reasons for having a hard time to get rid of excess weight & of course we will be talking about what we can do about it.
